2. Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device and do not contain viruses, Trojans, or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that is related to the specific device used. However, this does not mean that we thereby directly learn about your identity. The use of cookies serves, on the one hand, to make the use of our services more pleasant for you; on the other hand, we use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our services for you. We use the following types of cookies:
- Necessary cookies: These cookies significantly improve your browsing and booking experience on our website. They optimize basic functionalities and applications such as shopping carts or electronic billing processes and simplify their use. These cookies do not collect any information about you that could be used for marketing campaigns or statistical analysis.
- Performance cookies: Performance cookies collect anonymous statistical data about how websites are used and where errors occur. This data is supplemented by anonymized general data, such as visitor demographics or reach information. These cookies play a key role in keeping websites as performance-oriented as possible and enable the detection of potential errors and vulnerabilities.
- Advertising cookies: These cookies support ads with content relevant to your interests. They are typically used by marketing networks with the consent of the operator and recognize visitors across different websites of participating organizations. These cookies are also used for third-party services and provide data. We use targeting or advertising cookies to connect to, for example, Facebook, to measure the effectiveness of our online and offline advertising.
- Retargeting cookies: Our websites use so-called retargeting technologies. We use these technologies to make the internet offering more interesting for you. This technology makes it possible to address internet users who have already shown an interest in our shop and our products with advertising on our partners' websites. We are convinced that the display of personalized, interest-based advertising is generally more interesting for internet users than advertising that has no such personal relevance. The display of these advertisements on our partners' websites is based on cookie technology and an analysis of previous usage behavior. This form of advertising is completely pseudonymous. No usage profiles are merged with your personal data. By using our website, you consent to the use of so-called cookies and thus the collection, storage, and use of your usage data. Furthermore, your data will be stored in cookies beyond the end of the browser session and can be accessed again, for example, on your next visit to the website. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future by refusing to accept cookies in your browser settings.
The data processed by cookies is necessary for the purposes mentioned to protect our legitimate interests and those of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You can set your browser to only save cookies if you agree. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser so that no cookies are saved on your computer or so that a warning always appears before a new cookie is created. However, completely deactivating cookies may mean that you cannot use all the functions of our website. If you only want to accept bedpark cookies but not cookies from partners, please select "Block third-party cookies" in your browser. The help function in the menu bar of your web browser will show you how to reject new cookies and deactivate those already received. We recommend that you always log off completely after using shared computers that accept cookies and so-called Flash cookies. 3. Analysis tools The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimization of our website. We also use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offering for you. These interests are considered legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision. The respective data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the explanations of the corresponding tracking tools.
4. Web tracking
This website also uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., based in Mountain View, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, since IP anonymization (so-called IP masking) provided by Google is activated on this website (by extending Google Analytics with the code "gat._anonymizeIp();"), your IP address will be shortened and thus anonymized by Google within the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operators of this website, Google will use the information collected by Google Analytics to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent Google Analytics cookies from being saved by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that if you do this you may not be able to use all of the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). You can also prevent Google Analytics from tracking your website usage by setting a so-called opt-out cookie, which prevents the future collection of your data when you visit this website. The opt-out cookie will be set when you click on the following link: To complete your opt-out, please click here. The operator of this website also uses Google Analytics to evaluate data from AdWords and the DoubleClick cookie for statistical purposes. If you do not wish this, you can deactivate it via the Ads Preferences Manager (http://www.google.com/settings/ads?hl=de). Further information on the terms of use and data protection for Google Analytics can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/
Google Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics. This is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc.. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on our website, Google will shorten your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
We use Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()" on our website. This means that IP addresses are shortened and processed, thus preventing any direct personal reference.
We only use Google Analytics with your consent. You can revoke your consent once you have given it by: • preventing cookies from being saved by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that if you do this you may not be able to use all of the functions of our website to their full extent; • downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de or • clicking this link to prevent Google Analytics from recording data on our website in the future. This will store an opt-out cookie in your browser. Please note that you must activate the opt-out cookie in every browser you use on all your devices and may also have to reactivate it if you delete all cookies in a browser.
Further information on the terms of use and data protection of Google Analytics can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager on our website. Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows marketers to manage website tags via a single interface. The Google Tag Manager service itself (which implements the tags) is a cookieless domain and does not collect any personal data. The Google Tag Manager service triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.
Google Maps
This site uses the Google Maps service via an API. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
To use the features of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transmission.
We use Google Maps in the interest of providing an attractive presentation of our online offerings and making the locations we list on our website easy to find. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
You can find more information about how user data is handled in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
5. Integration of third-party services and content (e.g., YouTube and Google Maps) Third-party content, such as videos from YouTube and maps from Google Maps (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers"), is integrated into the website. To use such content, it is technically necessary to transmit the user's IP address to the respective third-party provider. Without the IP address, the third-party providers would not be able to send the content integrated into the website to the user's browser. We have no influence on whether a third-party provider stores the IP address, e.g., for statistical purposes, or uses it for other purposes.
6. Social Media Plug-ins The plug-in provider saves the data collected about you as user profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or tailoring its website to meet your needs. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to display needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; to exercise this right you must contact the respective plug-in provider as detailed below. Through the plug-ins we offer you the opportunity to interact with the social networks and other users so that we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plug-ins is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is passed on regardless of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in to the plug-in provider, the data we collect will be directly assigned to your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you click the activated button and, for example, link to the page, the plug-in provider will also save this information in your user account and share it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, especially before activating the button, as this will prevent your data from being assigned to your profile with the plug-in provider. Facebook The website uses social plugins (hereinafter referred to as "plugins") from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (hereinafter referred to as "Facebook"). The plugins can be recognized by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on a blue tile or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the addition "Facebook Social Plugin." The list and appearance of Facebook social plugins can be viewed here https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. When a user visits a page of this website that contains such a plugin, their browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted from Facebook directly to the user's browser, which integrates it into the website. The provider therefore has no influence on the extent of the data that Facebook collects using this plugin. According to the provider's current knowledge, Facebook proceeds as follows: By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has accessed the corresponding page of the provider's website. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to their Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins, e.g. by clicking the so-called Like button or leaving a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from the user's browser directly to Facebook and stored there. Even if a user is not a Facebook member, there is still the possibility that Facebook will learn and store their IP address. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is stored in Germany. The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as the related rights and settings options for protecting users' privacy, can be found in Facebook's privacy policy.
https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about them via the provider's website and link it to their member data stored on Facebook, they must log out of Facebook before visiting the website. It is also possible to block Facebook social plugins with add-ons for the user's browser, e.g., with the "Facebook Blocker."

We would like to point out that, as the provider of the website, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter. Further information can be found in Twitter's privacy policy at http://twitter.com/privacy. You can change your privacy settings on Twitter in your account settings at http://twitter.com/account/settings. You can find out which data, for what purpose and to what extent Twitter collects, uses and processes data, as well as what rights and settings options you have to protect your privacy, in Twitter's privacy policy.
